Welcome to Aqlivora™. This online store is operated by Guangzhou Xingshang Yili Network Co., Ltd. Throughout these Terms of Service, “Aqlivora,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Guangzhou Xingshang Yili Network Co., Ltd.

Product images are provided for presentation purposes. Unless specifically stated on the product page, decorative objects, vehicles, phones, charging cables, and other accessories shown in photographs are not included.

We may revise product details, packaging, specifications, prices, or availability without advance notice. We may also discontinue a product or limit the number of units available to an individual, household, region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 — VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY AND INSTALLATION

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, mounting requirements, electrical specifications, and compatibility information before purchasing or installing an automotive accessory.

Vehicle designs differ by manufacturer, model, trim, and production year. A general compatibility statement does not guarantee that a product will fit every vehicle configuration.

Products should be installed and used according to the supplied instructions. Do not position an accessory where it may obstruct:

Aqlivora™ products are not replacements for original vehicle components unless the applicable product page expressly states otherwise.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation only confirms that we received your request; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted after payment authorization and order review. We reserve the right to decline, restrict, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Incorrect product or pricing information

• Inventory limitations

• Suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity

• Delivery restrictions

• Payment authorization problems

• Unusually large purchase quantities

• Resale or commercial distribution concerns

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the amount collected for the canceled portion will be returned to the original payment method.

Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use unless we approve a commercial arrangement in writing.

SECTION 5 — ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders shortly after they are submitted. Requests to change an address, modify an item, or cancel an order should be emailed to service@aqlivora.com within 12 hours of purchase.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. Orders that have already been packed, transferred to a fulfillment partner, or shipped cannot normally be canceled.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address, product selection, quantity, and contact information before completing checkout.

SECTION 6 — PRICES, TAXES, AND CHARGES

Unless otherwise displayed, prices are listed in United States Dollars.

Prices and promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time. The amount shown at checkout and recorded in the order confirmation generally controls the transaction, except where there is an obvious technical, typographical, or pricing error.

Product prices may not include shipping fees, sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, brokerage charges, or import assessments. Any applicable amount collected by us will be displayed during checkout.

Discount codes:

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Actual transit time may be affected by carrier operations, customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, incomplete addresses, regional restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a deliverable and complete address. Aqlivora™ is not responsible for delays or additional expenses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Responsibility for shipment loss or damage will be handled according to applicable law, our Shipping Policy, and the carrier’s verified tracking information.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Products may not be returned without first contacting service@aqlivora.com and receiving return authorization. Sending an item to an address shown on a parcel or shipping label does not constitute an approved return.

Return eligibility may depend on the product’s condition, packaging, purchase date, and the reason for the request. Certain customized, hygiene-sensitive, clearance, or restricted products may be excluded where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may moderate or remove Submissions, but we are not required to review every submission before publication.
